This is super easy and when you toss it into your crock-pot, there isn't much mess!! All my kids love this stew and if I try to change it, I hear about it. We live in the green chile capital of the US, so fresh green chile has amazing flavor.

Ingredients For crock-pot green chili stew

  • 2 lb
    pork chops
  • 12 oz
    green chiles, mild chopped
  • 1 - 2 box
    chicken broth
  • 1
    onion, chopped

How To Make crock-pot green chili stew

    chop pork chops, leaving some meat on bones. Brown meat in small amount of oil. (you can use different types of pork, which ever is cheaper, just chop the pieces into small cubes)

    After meat is browned, put in crock-pot. Saute onions and put in crock pot.

    Add chile and cover with chicken broth. Adjust amount of ingredients according to your family likes. No need for extra salt or spices.
