Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage, no casing, browned & drained
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 1 stick butter
- 16 ounces mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 -8 oz package pillsbury recipe creations seamless dough sheet or refrigerated crescent rolls
- 10 x large eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces heavy cream, cold
- 8 ounces colby/jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make crescent roll casserole

Step 1Grease 9" X 13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degreee F.

Step 2In a large skillet over medium high heat, add butter, mushrooms & onion; cook 12 minutes or until onions are translucent. Let cool 15 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, pinch seams together (if using rolls - not needed for dough sheet) & spread crescent rolls in pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

Step 4In a large bowl, add cooked meats & vegetables; stir to combine.

Step 5Sprinkle cooked meats/vegetables mixture evenly on rolls.

Step 6In another large bowl, add eggs & cream; beat with whisk to combine. Add cheese & seasonings; mix well.

Step 7Pour egg mixture over meats/vegetables mixture & rolls. Bake for 25 minutes, reduce to 325 & bake for 20 minutes.
