Ingredients For crescent roll casserole

1/2 lbbulk pork sausage, no casing, browned & drained

1/2 lbbacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

1 stickbutter
-
16 ozmushrooms, fresh, sliced

1 lgonion, sliced
-
1 -8 oz pkgpillsbury recipe creations seamless dough sheet or refrigerated crescent rolls

10 x lgeggs, beaten
-
8 ozheavy cream, cold
-
8 ozcolby/jack cheese, shredded

8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 tspsalt & pepper
-
1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make crescent roll casserole

1Grease 9" X 13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degreee F.

2In a large skillet over medium high heat, add butter, mushrooms & onion; cook 12 minutes or until onions are translucent. Let cool 15 minutes.

3Meanwhile, pinch seams together (if using rolls - not needed for dough sheet) & spread crescent rolls in pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

4In a large bowl, add cooked meats & vegetables; stir to combine.

5Sprinkle cooked meats/vegetables mixture evenly on rolls.

6In another large bowl, add eggs & cream; beat with whisk to combine. Add cheese & seasonings; mix well.

7Pour egg mixture over meats/vegetables mixture & rolls. Bake for 25 minutes, reduce to 325 & bake for 20 minutes.
