Creamy ham casserole

My dad used to make this w/ the left-overs from the Christmas ham.
Fairly quick and easy to make!

Ingredients

4 oz
no-yolk noodles, not cooked
1 Tbsp
canola oil
2 c
cooked, chopped ham
1 medium
green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
sliced celery
1
10-3/4 oz can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1
8 oz container lite sour cream
1/2 c
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain, set aside.
2Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook ham and next 3 ingredients for 5 mins, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in soup, sour cream and cooked noodles.
3Spoon mix into casserole dish. Cover, cook 25 mins. Uncover, sprinkle w/ cheese and bake another 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
