1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork

1 c applesauce
1 c bread crumbs
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Place meatloaf mixture in a lightly oiled 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours in a preheated 350-degree oven.

Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the meatloaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
