Sherry's StoryThis can also be cooked in a dutch oven or deep casserole dish in the oven at 325 F for two hours or until tender. If you cook it slow in the crockpot, it will not hurt it to stay in the crockpot for longer than the recommended six hours. It will just shred more easily and be that much more tender.
small bottle of catsup
regular coca cola
ground black pepper
boneless pork chops
1Before trimming, saute pork chops in a hot skillet, just enough to brown them on both sides.
2After browning the chops, trim all fat off and discard.
3In the crockpot, mix remaining ingredients, then add the browned pork chops.
4Cook on low for six hours or more. Pork will be extremely tender and probably will shred.
5Serve with some rice of your choice, using juices for gravy on the rice.
