Christmas in July Sammie !
I created this recipe for Sherri Logan's weekly contest! The two mystery ingredients were: Country Ham and Green Beans.
I think this is a nice way to use left overs..... or just a great new sandwich anytime!
- 1 large
- hard roll or chunk of french bread
- 1 Tbsp
- honey mustard
- 1 - 8 slice
- country ham (amount of ham depends on the thickness you choose)
- 2 slice
- swiss cheese
- italian green beans (steamed and drained) (can use any type of green bean)
- 3 - 4
- strips of red bell pepper
Place on outdoor grill to get a little carmelization and grill marks.
(If you are using French Bread, cut the length of bread you need for your sandwich and cut in half).
