1 pkgspinach, thawed and drained

4 cnoodles, cooked

1tomatoes, seeded and diced

15 ozricotta cheese

1egg

1 lgonion, chopped

1garlic clove, minced

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 lbitalian sausage, sweet, cooked, drained and coarsley chopped

"just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make casserole florentine

1Combine spinach, cream of mushroom soup, garlic and seasonings in a small bowl; spread evenly over noodles or other pasta in buttered 3-quart flat casserole.

2Distribute chopped sausage over the spinach mixture and sprinkle with chopped onion on top of sausage.

3Blend egg into ricotta and spread over all.

4Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until golden, then allow to cool slightly. Top with garnish of tomato and parsley.
