Burbon Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin

- burbon peppercorn marinade
- 1 pkg
- lean pork tenderloin ( i usually use hormel)
1Put the tenderloin in a bowl, pour 1/2 of the marinade on top of the tenderloin and let it marinate for an hour.
2Preheat the oven to 375, transfer the tenderloin into a pan, pour the remaining 1/2 of the marinade over the pork loin, cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
3Be sure to bast the tendloin every 30 minutes with the remaining marinade in the pan. After to bakes for an hour, bake uncovered for the last 30 minutes
