This is made and served on special occasions for our family, usually during November and December.

pinch tips: How to Cook an Over Easy Egg


2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1 c
mayonnaise, hellman's
1/3 c
1 bunch
broccoli or a little more, break into bite size pieces, very small
1/2 c
nuts, chopped, i use pecans
1/2 c
red onion, bite size pieces
1/2 c
6 - 8 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine the first three ingredients and let sit overnight or for several hours. Prepare bacon. Combine the rest of the ingredients including bacon and chill. Just before serving combine all and mix.
Mandarin Oranges, drained, can be added when ready to serve.
