Ingredients For breakfast soup

1 lbbacon
-
36 x lgeggs, hard boiled

1 lbpolish sausage
-
1 lbham
-
hot water
-
fresh grated horseradish, to taste
How To Make breakfast soup

1Fry the bacon & cut it into 1" pieces.

2Slice the eggs & sausage.

3Cut up the ham into 1/2" cubes.

4Put everything into a large pot & cover with hot water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Simmer until the egg yolks are well dissolved.

7Serve with horseradish to suit your taste.
