Ingredients For breakfast soup

  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 36 x lg
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 lb
    polish sausage
  • 1 lb
    ham
  • hot water
  • fresh grated horseradish, to taste

How To Make breakfast soup

    Fry the bacon & cut it into 1" pieces.

    Slice the eggs & sausage.
  • 3
    Cut up the ham into 1/2" cubes.
  • 4
    Put everything into a large pot & cover with hot water.

    Bring to a boil.
  • 6
    Simmer until the egg yolks are well dissolved.

    Serve with horseradish to suit your taste.
