These were about an inch so thick so I cooked those 6 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other side, and they were perfectly cooked!

Because of the bourbon and sugar you'll have to watch the chops so they don't burn.

Nothing else much to say..except they were delish!

4 thick loin chops
¾ cup bourbon
1 package brown sugar bourbon marinade “ grill mates “
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
4 or 5 cloves of roasted garlic “smashed “
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1Put the bourbon in a large bowl “all of it so sippy poo’s “ add the apple cider vinegar, oil , brown sugar & garlic and whisk till the garlic has mixed in thoroughly.

2Then add the marinade packet and whisk again.

3Add the chops and refrigerate for at least 2 hours “longer is better if you have the time”.

4When you are ready to cook the chops, drain them from the marinade and then either grille them indoors or outside on the Barbie…
