1Slice onions and place in bottom of crock pot. Place ribs on top of onions. Sprinkle minced garlic, brown sugar and salt and pepper over ribs. Flip ribs twice to make sure ingredients are coated on both sides. Pour in apple juice. cook on low 7-8 hours
2After 7 hours pull out the pork and onions, place on a plate and dump the rest of the ingredients. Wipe the crock pot with a paper towel and then pour in 1 cup of BBQ sauce. Spread around and then return pork and onions to the crock pot and pour the remaining 1/2 cup of BBQ Sauce and gently stir to coat.
3Set you crock pot on high and cook for 1 more hour. ENJOY!
