Ingredients
- SALSA:
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded & coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
- THE REST....
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, cut into large pieces
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 - 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups baby spinach
How To Make blt salsa wraps

Step 1SALSA: In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro & jalapeno. Stir in lime juice & salt. Set aside.

Step 2Spread mayo over tortillas; top with spinach. Using a slotted spoon, spoon salsa over spinach. Top with bacon. Roll up tortillas. Cut each tortilla in 1/2.
