Ingredients For bbq sausage patties or links

  • 2 lb
    ground pork or bulk pork sausage roll (no casing)
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce, your favorite (i love sweet baby rays)

How To Make bbq sausage patties or links

    In food processor, add the pork & remaining ingredients & process until thoroughly blended.

    IF PUTTING INTO CASINGS: Extrude the mixture into the casings & twist off into 4" links. Poke several holes down the length of each sausage.

    PATTIES OR LINKS: Or simply form into sausage patties or links. Refrigerate & use within 3 - 4 days or freeze for later use.
