2 lbground pork or bulk pork sausage roll (no casing)

1 mdonion, chopped fine

2 Tbspparsley

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 cbarbecue sauce, your favorite (i love sweet baby rays)
How To Make bbq sausage patties or links

1In food processor, add the pork & remaining ingredients & process until thoroughly blended.

2IF PUTTING INTO CASINGS: Extrude the mixture into the casings & twist off into 4" links. Poke several holes down the length of each sausage.

3PATTIES OR LINKS: Or simply form into sausage patties or links. Refrigerate & use within 3 - 4 days or freeze for later use.
