BBQ Pork sandwiches

Can be eaten plain as is but if you use buns and serve as sandwiches,it is really good for bigger parties.I make large batches because it goes so well they want it for the next few days.

Ingredients

4-6 lb
boneless country style pork ribs
1 bottle
famous daves rich and sassy bbq sauce
1 bottle
hickory smoke flavored bbq sauce
1-2 medium
onions
1
red bell pepper
1
green bell pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Trim fat off pork and put in a 7 qt.slow cooker.Chop vegetables and throw on pork.Salt and pepper across the top.Turn on low at about 9 am.Slow cook til tender enough to pull apart.Cook til 4.Add both bottles of bbq sauce.Cook til 5-5:30.Serve on hamburger buns with chips,potato salad and beans or skip the buns and serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.Or do both on different nights.This makes a nice big batch.
