I cut this recipe out of the newspaper many years ago.I made this for my family when my kids were at home.I forgot all about it until today.I happened to be looking through a makeshift cookbook a friend made for me and I would paste recipes I cut into it.

Ingredients For barbecued pork on bun

  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 c
    chopped leftover pork
  • 2/3 c
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 6
    sandwich buns

How To Make barbecued pork on bun

    Saute green peppers and onions in oil.
  • 2
    Add pork,catsup,mustard,sugar,worcestershire,salt and water.

    Cook over low heat until thick.

    Serve on warmed buns.
