Balsamic Rosemary Pork Loin

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine rosemary, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a coarse, wet paste.
Spread on all sides of roast.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for approximately 50 minutes or until roast reaches 150 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and arrange for serving.
