I have always made my ribs with BBQ or pineapple. In the oven. Well El Paso summers are too hot for oven so I decided to put it in my slow cooker. Man is that the greatest gift for a single mom. Hope you like it.
Preheat slow-cooker on high,just long enough start heating up the water. Rub ribs with BBQ rub set them at the bottom. Cover the ribs with onions they have the most water, then the carrots. Put in the water enough to moisten the veggies. Pour half the dressing last to flavor everything.
In about half time in the cook time switch ribs to the top and pour the rest of the dressing.
