I love using pork when making special meals for my family. This meatloaf is another one of our favorites.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork
3 slice
dried bread
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1/2 c
carrots, chopped
1 lb
bacon, uncooked
1
egg
1 tsp
korean hot sauce
1 tsp
fajita seasoning

Step-By-Step

1In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients minus the bacon.

2Place bacon slices in a baking dish leaving enough on each side to wrap around the meatloaf.

3Place meatloaf mixture on top of bacon and level out evenly. fold bacon over the loaf mixture.

4Bake on 325 for one hour
