Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin for Two

My husband bought a small pork tenderloin on sale. Before he got to put his spin on it, and my reviewing recipes from JAP for days on end. I said, I have bacon! Let's wrap it first and then cook it on the smoker.
We were high-fiving and raising our hands after we made this! It WAS so tender and delicious, but it's gone now.

Ingredients

1 pkg
thin bacon slices
1 small
pork loin, boneless
your favorite rub

Step-By-Step

1Unwrap pork tenderloin, sprinkle your favorite rub.

Step 2 Direction Photo

2Take bacon and make a basket weave pattern over the top of pork tenderloin. After completing, add another sprinkle of rub.

3Place tenderloin on hot or high temp smoker (about 385 degrees), and let cook for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
