Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
5 slice
bacon cooked and crumbled

tomato seeded chopped

green onion with top chopped
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
creole mustard
salt
pepper
splash of hot pepper sauce
8 slice
bread, whole wheat

Step-By-Step

1Hard boil the eggs.

2Cook drain and crumble the bacon.

3Place eggs in mixing bowl, brake up with a fork.

4Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
