You might want to double this recipe as your guests will devour them! With the seeds and ribs removed the peppers are really not too and are offset by the cream cheese. I never met anyone that didn't love these!

mini smoked sausages
1 pkg

cream cheese

How To Make atomic buffalo

half jalapeños and discard seeds and ribs

insert mini smoked sausage in one of the halves

spoon in cream cheese in the other half of pepper

squeeze pepper together, wrap with bacon slice and pin together with a toothpick

cook on top rack of smoker (preferably) or grill at around 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bacon is crispy
