Artichoke Sausage Pasta

This is best when served the next day and can be served either warm or cold. I prefer it warm with fresh parmesan cheese melted slightly on top.

1 box
penne pasta - cooked al dente'
1 pkg
johnsonville italian sausage
1 medium
onion - chopped
4 stick
celery - chopped
1 1/2 c
artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
3 small
tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
fresh parmesan cheese


1Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian

2Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor

3add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well

4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
