This is best when served the next day and can be served either warm or cold. I prefer it warm with fresh parmesan cheese melted slightly on top.

Ingredients For artichoke sausage pasta

  • 1 box
    penne pasta - cooked al dente'
  • 1 pkg
    johnsonville italian sausage
  • 1 md
    onion - chopped
  • 4 stick
    celery - chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    artichoke hearts + 1/4 cup juice
  • 3 sm
    tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each
  • fresh parmesan cheese

How To Make artichoke sausage pasta

    Cut sausage length wise and remove casing, cook in olive oil until done, drian
  • 2
    Saute onion and celery in the same pan for additional flavor
  • 3
    add all ingredience except parmesan cheese, mix well
  • 4
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, serve with fresh parmesan cheese on top.
