- 3 lb. fully cooked boneless ham
- 1 jar (10 oz.) apricot preserves
1Place ham fat side down on roasting rack or 8 x 8-in. baking dish. Cover cut surface with plastic wrap. Microwave at 50 % (medium) 20 minutes. Turn ham over. Score ham fat in 1-in. diamonds, cutting only 1/4 inch deep. Microwave at 50% (medium) 10 minutes. Spread three-fourths of preserves over ham. Microwave at 50% (medium) 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 130 F. Top with remaining preserves. Let stand, tented with foil, 5-10 minutes.
