I don't really eat pork a lot... usually. But apples can make anything amazing! So juicy and flavorful, not to mention easy - I just love it!

Ingredients

4 lb
pork loin, boneless
8-10
apples, peeled and sliced
2-3 large
onions, sliced
1-2 Tbsp
butter
1/3 c
water
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350* Score the pork in roasting pan (add a T or 2 of oil) brown well on all sides (about 3 mins a side I think)
Remove pork from pan and add onions and brown. Disgard any residual oil/fat and add butter, return pork to pan and add apples and water.

Cover and bake 2 hours minimum. Then uncover and bake for another 1/2 hour (add a bit of water if too dry)
Graciously salt and pepper.

Serve with buttered band noodles or egg noodles. Enjoy!
