Apple Pork chops and rice

I made this last night for my husband and myself it was so good, not your traditional pork chops and rice.

Ingredients

2
pork chops
2 Tbsp
butter, cold
1 can(s)
golden mushroom soup
1 1/4 c
vegetable broth
1/4 c
white wine
1/2 c
diced apple
1 tsp
table salt
seasoning salt, i use adobo
1
some onion slices/ rings
1 c
raw rice

Step-By-Step

1Brown seasoned porkchops in butter.
2Place rice in buttered casserole, I used 8x8. Sprinkle with woreceshershire sauce.
3Mix soup, vegetable broth, wine, salt, and diced apples. Pour over rice.
4Place pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes on a 350 degree oven.
5Note: can be made with 4 pork chops and put in 9x13in. pan to serve 4 instead of two.
