My Mom has made this for years, its so good and its such a nice change for making pork chops. Its a filling meal, we always make it with either rice or mashed potatoes, its sooo good.

Ingredients For amanda's saucy pork chops

    pork chops
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1 lg
    can of cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make amanda's saucy pork chops

    Brown chops in a skillet with a little oil and salt and pepper.

    In a bowl combine soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

    Place pork chops in a dish or pan to put in the oven. Pour mixture over chops and place sliced onions in. Add a 1/2-1 cup of water to mixture.

    Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 min. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, its great!!
