We have been making these for about 40 years or more... We love pizza and we love quesadillas... so I combined the two to make PizzaDillas ! We put our favorite pizza toppings on them... and there we have it! They cook up quickly, and my grandchildren love picking out their own ingredients. Simple, fun, and fast! This is great any day.... but we like it for game day or watching dancing with the stars! This recipe is a guideline.... make it your own by picking out what you like on your pizzas... Ham & Pineapple, bratwurst & kraut or just cheese... have fun! Play With Your Food

How To Make pizzadillas

  • 1
Lightly butter one side of a flour tortilla, place buttered side down on hot griddle or skillet. *** Cooking spray works too.
  • 2
Spread top side of tortilla with two Tablespoons of sauce. Sprinkle with desired spices.
  • 3
Scatter shredded cheese on top as in photo.
  • 4
If you like veggies, add veggies.
  • 5
If you like sausage and pepperoni, add them.
  • 6
You can put your toppings on in any order... meat first, cheese first, veggies first... doesn't matter.
  • 7
Put the second buttered flour tortilla on top of all ingredients (buttered side up). Flip the PizzaDilla over and cook until browned and cheese is melted.
  • 8
Use a pizza cutter to cut PizzaDilla into triangle slices.
  • 9
    Place on platter and serve!
