No Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Low carb and great alternative to all that crust that comes on pizza. Nothing but the good stuff here. You can add whatever toppings that you want.

Ingredients

2 c
mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 pkg
pepperoni
1/2 tsp
each oregano and basil
1/2 c
warm pizza sauce
2 Tbsp
shredded parmigiano reggiano

Directions Step-By-Step

In a non stick skillet arrange mozzarella cheese in a even layer.

Top with pepperoni and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

Place over medium heat and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are browned. Remove from heat and let cool a bit so the cheese sets.

Serve with warm pizza sauce sprinkled with parm
