Heat oven to 425f. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough on cookie sheet; press into 15x12-inch rectangle, or smaller for thicker crust. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
Spread 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of the cooking sauce evenly over partially baked crust (using more will make crust soggy). Sprinkle with cheese, arrange sliced tomatoes and chopped green bell pepper on top of the cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
If desired add the tomatoes and bell peppers after heating. It all depends on the way you prefer. I prefer they be warmed so I add them before baking. I also add the parsley flakes and oregano before baking.
Slice into squares with a pizza cutter. Add salt & pepper to taste.
