Came home from shopping the other day and found a big bag of wild asparagus an morel mushrooms on my porch so have been coming up with different recipe's to use them up.

Ingredients For indidividual pizza's

  • 2
    8" totillia rounds(l used all grain)
  • 1/2 c
    bacon, uncooked (diced)
  • 1/2 c
    asparagus (diced)
  • 1/2 c
    morel mushrooms (cut un half depending on size)
  • 2 c
    favorite cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp
    coconut oil

How To Make indidividual pizza's

    In a sauté pan put coconut oil, add bacon, asparagus, and morel mushrooms cook till bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender, drain.

    (I used a cookie sheet but could use any kind of pan,)put rounds on divide 1 cup of cheese 1/2 cup for each round.

    Divide bacon and veggie mixture between rounds.
  • 4
    Cover top of pizza with the rest of divided cheese. Bake in low oven till cheese melts.
