Yummy Spaghetti Casserole!

I added my own twist to an old favorite!!

Feel free to add anything you like. I've added pepperonni to this and the kids loved it!

Ingredients

12 oz
thin spaghetti
1 jar(s)
spaghetti sauce (or your own special recipe)
1 lb
lean ground beef
2 clove
garlic
1/2 medium
onion chopped
2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 jar(s)
sliced mushrooms (opt)
1 pkg
philadephia cooking creme-garlic
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
cottage cheese
1 tsp
basil
1 c
shredded chedder or mozzerella cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In the meantime, brown ground beef with garlic, onion, and italian seasoning. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer till hot and bubbly. Set aside.
2Drain spaghetti and return to warm pot. Add cooking creme, cottage cheese, parmesan, and mushrooms (opt) to warm pasta. Mix until well incorporated.
3Add spaghetti mixture to greased 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with meat sauce. Top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with basil.
4Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Serve with garlic bread!
