I am on Weight Watchers and at goal and so is my husband he has lost over 60 pounds. He doesn't go to meetings but I put him on it and all my recipes I have converted on line now it is great! I don't have to really change anything either but now I know how many points for everything. I notice you say the regular Cream of Mushroom Soup I use the lowfat(healthy) Cream of Mushroom Soup and that really saves the points too..going to make this tonight. I like to have meals I can put in the oven or slowcooker since I go on my walks at night.
