Ingredients For vegetable pasta for crock-pot

2 tspbutter

1 c2% milk

1 cmozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded

12 ozfettucine

1 cparmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1clove garlic, minced

4green onions, sliced

1 pkgfrozen broccoli cuts

1.5 cfresh mushrooms, sliced

2carrots, thinly sliced

1yellow squash, cut into 1/4

1zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices

2egg yolks
How To Make vegetable pasta for crock-pot

1Rub crock wall with butter.

2Put zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, garlic, seasonings and parmesan in the crock-pot.

3Cover; cook on high 2 hours.

4Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain.

5Add cooked fettucine, mozzarella, cream and egg yolks.

6Stir to blend well.

7Allow to heat for 15 to 30 minutes.

8For serving turn to low for up to 30 minutes.
