This is a great way to use up the left over turkey.. we are always trying to find ideas to use up the turkey and this one is easy to make., as well as being tasty.

Ingredients

2 c
cooked, cubed turkey
1 1/2 c
uncooked elbow macaroni
2 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese,,divided
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, fat-free undiluted
1 c
milk
2 c
white rough chopped mushrooms
1 c
shredded parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

In large bowl combine the turkey, macaroni. half the cheddar cheese, soup, milk and mushrooms, pour into a greased casserole pan, cover and bake 350F OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.remove cover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bvake for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
