Ingredients For tortellini-alfredo casserole

2 cont.alfredo sauce, refrigerated

1/8 tspblack pepper

1 - 10 oz. pkgtortellini, cheese stuffed, green & white

1 - 10 oz. pkgbroccoli, frozen, thawed

1/2 cgarlic & herb-flavored or parmesan-flavored bread crumbs

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make tortellini-alfredo casserole

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In medium-size bowl, stir together Alfredo sauce, 2 cups water & pepper. Pour 1 cup sauce mixture into bottom of 2 1/2 qt shallow casserole. Arrange half the tortellini (uncooked) in a single layer over sauce; sprinkle with chopped broccoli. Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce over top. Repeat layering remaining tortellini & remaining sauce. Cover with foil.

3Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Heat broiler.

4In small bowl, stir together bread crumbs & olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle crumbs on top.

5Place casserole under broiler about 4" from heat until crumbs are golden, 1 - 2 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
