This dish is so quick and easy.Everyone loves it.Imake in very large quanities for Church Socials and it's all devoured.

Ingredients For texas goulash

  • 1 lb
    ground beef 85/15
  • 1 can
    15.25 oz.whole kernel corn,drained
  • 1 can
    15 oz.sweet peas
  • 1 can
    14.5 oz.fire roasted diced tomatoes/garlic
  • 3/4 can
    4 cheese spaghetti sauce or your favorite,you may use more sauce depending on how wet you like
  • 2 c
    cooked small elbow pasta (boil in salt water)
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    crushed peppers (optional)

How To Make texas goulash

    Use a large pot and add your ground beef,onions,salt,peppers and garlic.

    In a medium pot boil your pasta.Cook ala dente because it will continue to cook when all mixed.

    When the meat mixture is done add all remaining ingredients.Cook until throughly hot.Add pasta and adjust sauce as you like.turn heat on low and simmer for about 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.

    Serve with a salad and hot garlic bread.
