Ingredients For tacos in pasta shells

1 1/4 lbground beef

1 csour cream

1 1/2 ctortilla chips, crushed

1 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 ctaco sauce

2 Tbspbutter, melted

18pasta shells, giant
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
3 ozcream cheese with chives

3chopped green onions
How To Make tacos in pasta shells

1Cook, rinse and drain pasta shells.

2Cut cream cheese into cubes.

3Cook beef in a large skillet over medium high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.

4Reduce heat to medium low.

5Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.

6Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.

7Arrange shells in buttered 13x9\" pan.

8Pour taco sauce over each shell.

9Cover with foil.

10Bake in preheated 350 oven 15 minutes.

11Uncover; top with cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese and chips.

12Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.

13Top with sour cream and onions.
