With the whole batch with a total of 30 Points Plus and making 6 servings, this is a yummy Alternative to Taco and Burritos, but still fun for kiddos and the other people in your life that are not on Weight Watchers.

Ingredients

1 medium
onion
1 can(s)
mushrooms
1 large
cauliflower, steamed
1 lb
90% lean ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c
water
1 1/2 c
dry pasta of choice, i use farfalle
for garnish
onion, chopped
tomato, chopped
shredded lettuce
salsa
optional garnish not included in points above
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking

2Caramelize Onions, put aside until later

3Steam Cauliflower and Smash

4Brown ground beef

5Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package

6Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta
MIX WELL

7Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
