Sweet n' Tangy Crab Pasta Salad

This recipe uses imitation crab, but feel free to use real crab instead. The honey adds a sweet flavor, while the Italian dressing adds the tangy flavor. Combined with some veggies and pasta, and you've got yourself a delicious meal which can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients

12 oz
spiral pasta
2 c
flaky imitation crab
1/2 c
red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c
zucchini, chopped
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
corn kernels, canned
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp
honey
1/4 c
italian dressing
1 Tbsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook pasta as instructed on package; drain and put in large mixing bowl.

Heat oil over medium heat in pan and saute pepper, zucchini and onion for about 3-5 minutes.
(You can also roast or grill the vegetables if you prefer)

Add vegetables and corn to pasta.

Flake the crab meat with your hands into the pasta bowl. Add the cheese.

Drizzle honey and dressing over pasta and mix to combine.

Serve warm or cold.
