Spinach Bow Tie Pasta Salad

I ate this salad from a Grocery Store Deli one day,then made my own version that Duplicated it to make it my own!It WAS that GOOD!

16 oz
package bowtie dry pasta
1 pkg
baby spinach leaves
1/2 c
vegetable oil
16 oz
blue cheese crumbles
1 pt
cherry tomatoes
1 bottle
white wine vinegar -1/2 cup
Add Salt
to taste
1 tsp
garlic powder with parsley
16 oz
shredded parmesan -1 cup


1Cook pasta according to pkage Directions,adding a splash of oil to pot of salted water Aldente is suggestd for this recipe.
2Drain Pasta. Rince with Cold Water. Set aside. In the bottom of a resealable container,mix Oil,Garlic Salt,and white wine vinegar. Stir well until somewhat combined.
3Add Pasta and Stir to coat pasta fully. Add Tomatoes, a handful Blue Cheese crumbles,Shredded Parmesan,and dry Spinach leaves. Toss well!
