spicy tuna linguine

This one dish wonder is full of flavor and provides everything you need for a balanced meal in one bowl. The heat level can be adjusted to your personal taste, but I find that with the Orange juice acidity, it's not nearly as spicy as you'd expect. I especially love that it transforms the lowly canned tuna into something completely new.
