Ingredients

1/4 c
canola oil
1 Tbsp
hot sesame oil
1 lb
shrimp,shelled
1-2 Tbsp
chili garlic sauce
1 pkg
chinese rice noodle
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 Tbsp
honey
1 medium
onion, sliced
1
egg

Step-By-Step

1Heat canola & sesame oil in wok or large skillet.
add onion, saute until tender,yet crisp.
2In a separate bowl mix together soy sauce & honey, set aside.
3Add chili garlic sauce to skilliet. (* you can adjust the amount to your taste)
Add Shrimp, cook about 3-5 minutes
move all to one side of pan
4turn heat up to high, drop egg on side of pan, scramble.
Stir all together
5add cooked noodles to pan, and soy sauce mixture, toss together & serve
