I Have Made This For Many Of Years, Most Of The Time I Just Eye Ball What I'm Putting Into My Food, I Hope You Enjoy.Most Of The Time I Add Shrimp To My Sauce And A Little Of Old Bay to It, I Didn't Put Into The Recipe For Not To Many Like Sea Food.

Ingredients

1 pkg
spaghetti
1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
sausage
30 oz
tomatoe sauce
30 oz
tomatoe puree
1 large
green bell pepper
1 large
onion
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes and chilis
2 can(s)
mushrooms
olive oil, extra virgin
1-2 Tbsp
garlic
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1 Tbsp
fennel seeds-crush if you can
1 Tbsp
oregano, dried
1 Tbsp
thyme, dried
6 sprig(s)
bay leaves
1 c
manischewitz wine
1 Tbsp
crushed red peppers

Step-By-Step

1add you sauce and puree dice your green peppers and onion and mushrooms and garlic
2add the rest of all your spices, pour your wine in cook real slow for about 2-3 hours
3cook beef and sausage until no longer pink, drain add to your sauce, mix real good cook about 5 min longer.
4cook your noodles until tender drain add a little butter and garlic to you noodles, pour your sauce over your noodles and enjoy.
