Spaghetti Sauce

If you prefer your sauce a bit more saucy add more puree. If not leave it as is or add more meat. Also add seasonings to taste.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
tomato puree, per pound of meat
1
onion. chopped
1
bell pepper, chopped
2
celery stalks, chopped
1 can(s)
mushrooms
oregeno, to taste
1 lb
hamburger or deer meat
1/2-1 lb
smoked sausage, optional

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet add onion, celery, pepper, mushrooms, and meat Cook until meat is done. Drain and return to skillet.
2Add tomato puree,oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper.
3Place a lid on skillet and let simmer. The longer you let it simmer the better it is.
4Serve over cooked spaghette noodles or mix it all together. Can use with any italian dishes.
