Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

1/2 lb
left over spaghetti with sauce
4
eggs
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
milk
1/4 c
grated cheese (parm or romano)

Step-By-Step

1whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.

2to a hot skillet, add olive oil (to prevent sticking)and spaghetti to allow a delish brown crust to form. Pour egg and cheese mixture on top of spaghetti and allow to soak in and brown bottom for about 5 minutes.

3to flip the pie to the other side, hold a plate to skillet to flip over and then put back into skillet on other side and continue for about another 5 minutes. (might have to add more oil to brown other side.

4Once other side is browned, slide onto plate and cut into wedges. If dry, top with extra sauce. Enjoy!
