In bowl, combine bread and milk, let stand for 5 mins. In another bowl, mix ground turkey, bread mix, eggs and 1/4 cup pesto. Shape into 16 meatballs. Use a finger to make a small hole in center of each meatball. Press a cube of mozzarella cheese into each hole. Shape meat around cheese, press to seal. Cook spaghetti as directed, drain, keep warm. In medium pot, add oil. Add meatballs, cook over med-high heat 5-6 min, drain. Return meatballs to pot. Add marinara sauce,and remaining pesto. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 30 min. Serve over warmed spaghetti. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese and parsley.
