Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
spaghetti
28 oz
spaghetti sauce
1/4 c
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
8 oz
cottage cheese
1 stick
butter, melted
8 oz
pizza blend shredded cheese
1 pkg
picsweet vegetable blend
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil spaghetti. Drain but do not rinse. Make sure you give the pasta enough time to drain completely.

Saute picsweet in butter for 3 minutes.

Add hamburger meat. Brown and drain.

Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, and seasonings.

Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese with mixer. Thoroughly combine.

Whisk eggs and melted butter. Add to the drained spaghetti. Toss to coat.

Prepare 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Layer half spaghetti mixture in dish. Then layer cream cheese mixture. Add rest of spaghetti on top. Pour red sauce and meat on top of all. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
