Soft Shell Crabs over Linguini-Caper Sauce

Ingredients

6 soft shell crabs, 2 tbl fresh parsley, 2tbl fresh basil, 1 lemom 2 tbl scallions,1/3 olive olive, salt, pepper, 3/4 box linguini
4 big fresh tomatoes
1/3 cup capers

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop tomatoes, parsley, scallions and basil put in bowl add olive oil salt and pepper.

Cook Linguini put aside,IN SAME PAN AS CRABS melt Butter on high in frying pan, add soft shell crabs (THAWED) cook 5 mins on high each side,set crabs aside. Add in tomatoe sauce while on high heat adding 2 tbl lemon juice,capers, cook for 5 mins.Then on plate layer Linguini, some sauce, 2 crabs, lemon Slices on the side & ENJOY!
